Kristian Lei

Born in the Philippine city of Cebu and raised in Hawai’i, Kristian Lei began her singing career at the age of 19. Without formal vocal training, Kristian was chosen to play the lead role of Kim in the Cameron Mackintosh Production of Miss Saigon in Germany. Her career took off and next she played the ingénue, Ti Moune, in the AAI Philippine Tour of Once On This Island. Later, she won the role of Tuptim in the Hawaii Opera Theatre Production of The King and I.
In dedication to her younger brother, Joshua, Kristian is the Founder of Honolulu Broadway Babies - a non-profit organization that aims to build and support continuing educational programs for people who are developmentally challenged.
Take My Hand is Kristian Lei’s first Christian/Inspirational Album. The song, Take My Hand, was Composed by Kristian Lei and James Okubo. Wonderful and highly acclaimed artists are found in this album. Artists include: Hoku Award Winner-Pierre Grill, Hoku Award Winner-I.
